The Dolce Vita Sea Point project has made significant strides this month, with our primary focus on the safe and efficient demolition of the existing structure. This crucial phase required meticulous planning and execution to ensure the safety of both the surrounding buildings and the public.
Our team worked diligently to bring down the old structure, employing advanced demolition techniques to minimize disruption in the busy Sea Point area. As a safety precaution, we temporarily closed off nearby streets and implemented traffic redirection measures. This helped maintain a safe working environment for our crew while ensuring the safety of local residents and passersby.
The demolition process spanned over two weeks, during which the building was carefully reduced to rubble. Once the structure was safely dismantled, we turned our attention to clearing the debris from the site. This phase was carried out efficiently to prepare the area for the next stage of development.
Looking Ahead: Preparing for Construction
As we move into the coming month, the focus will shift towards preparing the site for the foundation work.
