We are excited to share some of our plans for the new year. Our journey has always been about shaping Sea Point into a thriving, modern, and connected community.
1. As developments with Dolce Vita Sea Point progress swiftly, we look forward to doing a handover to purchasers at the end of the year.
2. We've hit the ground running with our newest development the Mont Reve. Our plan is to launch and start selling early this year.
3. The launch of Gallery Group. Stay tuned for more updates on this.
4. In our efforts to invest in the community, we plan to launch the HandsOn Foundation, which will be geared towards rolling out technical education facilities throughout South Africa, focusing on developing skills in underprivileged communities.
